Batya Nadler is a Partner at Norm Law LLP in the Private Funds practice group. Batya’s practice is focused on investment funds and private equity. Prior to joining Norm Law, she served as Counsel at Torys LLP in New York. She advises both fund sponsors and large institutional investors across a wide spectrum of private equity, venture capital and hedge fund matters, including fund formation and complex investment strategies. Batya’s clients include leading global pension plans and asset managers.
