Bill Mone is Head of Private Equity and M&A at Norm Law LLP. He brings extensive experience representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams across the full spectrum of transactional matters, including new platform deals, add-on acquisitions, exits, shareholder arrangements, and governance matters.
Prior to joining Norm Law, Bill was a partner in the private equity transactions group at Ropes & Gray LLP. From 2011 to 2015, Bill was based in London, giving him a distinctive combination of U.S. and European transactional experience.
Bill has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law.
