John Budetti

John L. Budetti is Partner and Co-Head of Global Private Capital Funds at Norm Law, specializing in Private Funds and Funds Transactions. John brings two decades of experience advising the world’s most sophisticated private capital sponsors.

Prior to joining Norm Law, John was a senior investment funds partner at Kirkland & Ellis and other AmLaw 20 firms. Over the course of his career, he has advised leading sponsors on a wide range of complex transactions, including on fund formation and fundraising, GP-led continuation vehicles and secondaries, GP stakes and seeding transactions, and sponsor-level strategic matters.
