Justin Rattigan

Justin Rattigan is a Partner and Co-Head of Emerging Companies and Venture Capital at Norm Law. Justin advises emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and crypto and digital asset businesses across a broad range of transactional and general counsel matters. He brings a distinctive perspective to his practice, having built and scaled three technology companies prior to his legal career.

Most recently, Justin served as General Counsel for the Ventures and Crypto businesses at Bain Capital, from 2022 to May 2026. Before that, he was a corporate attorney at Cooley LLP, where he focused on emerging growth companies and venture capital clients.

Justin holds a J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University, where he is currently an Adjunct Professor.
