Martin Pepeljugoski is a partner in the Private Equity and M&A practice at Norm Law LLP. He represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, public companies, boards of directors and management teams in a wide range of transactions in domestic and international markets, including platform and add-on acquisitions, sales and other exits, minority investments, co-investments and joint ventures, carve-outs and take-privates, as well as governance and commercial matters. In addition, Martin has experience in capital markets and finance transactions.

Prior to joining Norm Law, Martin led M&A at Clarivate, a global publicly-traded data intelligence company. Martin also previously practiced at Ropes & Gray LLP in the private equity transactions group as well as at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in a broad corporate practice primarily focused on M&A and other strategic transactions.

Leveraging his comprehensive legal training and in-house and private practice experience, Martin delivers strategic insights and holistic solutions balancing business, risk and legal considerations that are keenly attuned to client objectives.
