Ram Burshtine is Head of Finance at Norm Law LLP. Ram has extensive experience advising investment funds, asset managers, financial institutions, including insurance companies, corporate borrowers, family offices and other investors in connection with a broad breadth of debt and debt-like financings, with specific focus on Fund Finance, Acquisition Finance, special situations and other event-driven financing transactions. Ram’s Fund Finance experience includes secondaries and other liquidity solutions, portfolio and warehouse financing, NAV and other back-leverage transactions; subscription, umbrella and hybrid facilities; GP and management fee facilities; and rated feeder fund structures. Ram advises private equity sponsors and strategic acquirers on the full spectrum of financing matters, including complex leveraged acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings.
