Sander Ash

Sander Ash is a Partner at Norm Law LLP, where his practice focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions. Drawing on decades of industry experience, Sander advises public real estate investment trusts (REITs), corporations, private developers, institutions, funds, and high net-worth individuals across a broad spectrum of sophisticated real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial and ground leasing, deal structure and negotiation strategy, fund and joint venture agreements, financings, and special situations. He also counsels clients on environmental, land use, and other regulatory issues.

Sander brings extensive in-house experience and a deep understanding of client perspectives to transactions spanning a range of asset classes, including office, hotel, retail, residential, and data center properties.
