Biography

Alan Weil is a Partner and Head of Real Estate at Norm Law. Alan’s practice focuses on the financing, development, acquisition and disposition of a wide variety of commercial real estate properties including hotels, office buildings, multi-family properties and retail properties. He frequently represents lenders and borrowers in the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans, including construction loans. He also has experience in connection with the formation of real estate joint ventures, the financing of various types of properties and the representation of financial institutions in connection with the origination of warehouse lending facilities.

Prior to joining Norm Law, Alan was a Partner and Global Head of Real Estate at Sidley Austin.
