Biography

Batya Nadler is a Partner at Norm Law in the Investment Funds practice group. Batya specializes in private equity and investment funds. Prior to joining Norm, she served as Counsel at Torys LLP in New York. She advises both fund sponsors and major institutional investors across a wide spectrum of private equity, venture capital and hedge fund matters, including fund formation and complex investment strategies. Batya’s clients include leading global pension plans and asset managers.

Batya has worked on numerous high-profile transactions and fund investments, reflecting deep technical expertise and a practical, business-oriented approach to client service. Her work has been recognized in the Chambers USA guide as “Up and Coming” in investment funds: investor representation.
