Biography

Bill Mone is a Partner and Head of Private Equity, specializing in Private Equity and M&A transactions. Bill brings extensive experience representing private equity sponsors across the full spectrum of transactional matters, including new platform deals, add-on acquisitions, exits, shareholder arrangements, and governance matters.

Prior to joining Norm Law, Bill was a Partner at Ropes & Gray LLP, where he advised leading sponsors on a wide range of complex transactions. From 2011 to 2015, Bill was based in London, where he helped launch the firm's European private equity practice, giving him a distinctive combination of U.S. and cross-border transactional experience.

Bill has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law.
